Sales Contract & Health Guarantee

Deposit:

*Puppies will not be not be held without a deposit. The deposit for a puppy is $300. I prefer PayPal and buyer must add 3.5% to your total for the PayPal usage fee. We also us Square and buyer must add 2.75% to your total for the Square usage fee. I will keep the puppy till it is time to go to its new home at 7 weeks or 8 weeks for flying. Deposits are nonrefundable. The deposit may be put to another litter if you wish. But if you move your deposit to the next litter the puppies may be a higher priced litter and you will have to pay the difference or wait for another litter. https://www.paypal.com _______

*There will be a $10 dollar penalty for every day the puppy is left past the arranged pick up date. *The Seller guarantees this puppy/dog to be in good health at time of sale. *Do not vaccinate your puppy/dog within the 5 days of his/her arrival. A vaccination contains modified live viruses. _______

*I require that all my puppies be given NuVet (46526). Due to the varying kinds of dog food on the market and the different environmental conditions the dogs come in contact with, we will not guarantee the dog unless they’re given NuVet daily at the manufacturer’s suggested dosage for the length of our contract.   Failure to do so makes this guarantee null and void. When purchasing the vitamin you must use our breeder code (46526) so we have proof you purchased the vitamin.  If NuVet becomes unavailable, Seller will specify alternative vitamin.  This is for the health and well being of the puppy. _______

PPB Prefix:

*The Seller guarantees that below detailed puppy is a purebred aussie or boxer, and the offspring of the below detailed sire and dam, and register able with the American Kennel Club (AKC), NSDR, or ASDR. This puppy shall be registered with the Seller’s prefix " PPB " at the beginning of the name. The Buyer agrees NOT to alter or change in any way the registered name of said puppy. _______

Buyers first vet visit: 

*Within 5 days of the latter of the signing of this agreement or the Buyer taking possession of the puppy, unless agreed otherwise, the Buyer must have has/hers puppy/dog checked by a Licensed Veterinarian at HIS/HER expense. If buyer fails to have the dog checked within the allotted time the puppy will not be replaced for any reason. (Seller must be notified immediately) Should the puppy/dog have a congenital defect, the puppy/dog will be replaced with one of equal or less value, upon the return of the puppy/dog. (MINUS SHIPPING OR ANY OTHER EXPENSES IF APPLICABLE) Buyer is responsible for shipping fees or pick up. If the puppy/dog chosen is of greater value, Buyer will be responsible for price difference. Puppy/dog must be returned to Seller or Breeder within 14 days from the time of the vet visit unless a terminal genetic defect is detected and puppy/dog is unable to fly. A Licensed Veterinarian's written statement, with a complete diagnosis as well as signature, and copies of ALL medical records must accompany the return of the puppy/dog in order to obtain a refund. This provision is subject to confirmation by My, the Seller's Veterinarian. _______

*The Seller guarantees that this puppy/dog will be on parasite preventive and will have his/her vaccines up to date at time of purchase. However, we cannot guarantee that the puppy/dog will turn out negative on a fecal exam. Please understand, that de-worming is given to help prevent, but in no way or form can we guarantee that they will be a success. It is the responsibility of the Buyer to contact their Veterinarian for a complete worm and vaccination program. _______

*Internal and external parasites (ie: roundworms, hookworms, whipworms, tapeworms, ringworms, ticks, fleas, giardia, coccidian, etc.) injury or neglect once the puppy/dog has left the Seller’s or the Breeder’s premises, allergies, exhaustion, stress related conditions, heat prostration, or any other conditions preventable by the Buyer will NOT, under any circumstances be warranted and will void this contract/health guarantee. Seller does not warrant against Parvo Virus or Corona Virus once puppy/dog has left Seller’s or Breeder’s premises. We will not warrant against Demadex Mange or Mange. _______

Warrants:

*Seller warrants against life threatening congenital defects for the first 16 months on pet and 24 months on show/breeding. Again, you must request a written statement from two licensed veterinarians and signed by him/her for our records (immediately notify Seller), stating health problem to include a description of the symptoms supporting his/or her opinion to validate guarantee. We are not responsible for vet fees, treatment costs, transportation costs, stress, or other expenses. This provision is also subject to confirmation by my, Seller’s veterinarian. (Seller must be notified immediately) Should the puppy/dog have a congenital defect, the puppy/dog will be replaced with one of equal or less value, upon the return of the puppy/dog. (MINUS SHIPPING OR ANY OTHER EXPENSES IF APPLICABLE) Buyer is responsible for shipping fees or pick up. If the puppy/dog chosen is of greater value, Buyer will be responsible for price difference. Puppy/dog must be returned to Seller or Breeder within 14 days from the time of the vet visit unless a terminal genetic defect is detected and puppy/dog is unable to fly. A Licensed Veterinarian’s written statement, with a complete diagnosis as well as signature, and copies of ALL medical records must accompany the return of the puppy/dog in order to obtain a refund. This provision is subject to confirmation by my, the Seller’s Veterinarian. At no time will cosmetic alterations be re-payed if puppy is replaced for any reason; such as ears, tail re-docking, etc. _______

Australian or Boxer Hip Dysplasia Guarantee:

In the unlikely event that a dog is suspected of being dysplastic in its first two years, this is the procedure to follow: Notify us by Telephone or Letter.

The dog must have been x-rayed for this condition BEFORE its 16 months old, but NOT before 12 months old (sometimes an early x-ray will not portray true results during growth spurts). Submit the x-ray to the Orthopedic Foundation for Animals (OFA), University of Missouri, Columbia, MO 65210. The dog must never have been used for breeding, not be overweight, and must still be with its original owner. No replacement will be given if the dog has been over exercised during its growth period (until 1.5 years old), which is running with or "jumping" the dog excessively in play._____Boxer Heart Murmer Guarantee:

In the unlikely event that a dog is suspected of being dysplastic in its first two years, this is the procedure to follow: Notify us by Telephone or Letter.

The dog must have two (2) 24hour holters for this condition BEFORE its 16months old, but NOT before 12 months old. Submit the holters to ALBA Medical Systems, Inc. PO BOX 40, Burlington, N.J. 08016. The dog must never have been used for breeding, not be overweight, and must still be with its original owner.______

Australian Shepherds only:

 *Aussie’s come with a 5 days health guarantee on listed defects: blindness & deafness.  If we know any of these defects we will tell the owner at the time of purchase and place puppies in a home that can help the puppy's condition. We will not warrant agenst Aussie's that are given horse ivermectin or any form of strait ivermectin. Some Aussie's carry a mutant gene & if they carry that gene strait ivermectin will kill them. We will repossess a puppy/dog if we find out a merle is being breed to a merle. By signing this contract buyer agrees to relinquish purchased dog without receiving any refund. _______

Boxer’s only: 

*Boxers come with a 5 days health guarantee on listed defects: blindness & deafness. If we know any of these defects we will tell the owner at the time of purchase and place puppies in a home that can help the puppy's condition. Over 20% of all colors of boxers are deaf in one ear. We do not guarantee against white boxers not having skin problems or any puppy that is left outside and develops skin conditions. We will repossess a puppy/dog if we find out a white is being breed to a white. By signing this contract buyer agrees to relinquish purchased dog without receiving any refund._____

Spay/Neuter:

*If you decide to spay/neuter: Puppy will not be spayed/neutered before puppy is 8-10 months old. Any puppy put under anesthesia is done at your own risk and puppy will not be replaced if death occurs. Pet puppies will be sold on Limited Reg. only (no breeding rights). _______
